General Return Guidelines
- Contact Us First: Before returning any item, you must contact us for approval.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- Return Label: We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is our fault.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

Processing Time: Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund or exchange.
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges if the wrong size was sent.
- If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
- Any return not due to our error will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.

Production Process:
All of our products are made to order.
Production Time: 3-5 business days.
Order Cut-off time: 3:00pm PST
Business Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Shipping
All of our products are made to order. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after the payment is cleared. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Upgrading the shipping ( Priority Mail & FedEx) will not change the Production time. Production time is 1-3 business days and then we will ship your order.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the preferred shipping option. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Orders
First Class Mail International- deliveries generally take between 15–30 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Once the package is out of the county (USA) the package is no longer trackable.
Priority Mail International- deliveries generally take between 3-7 business days to arrive.
Import duties taxes and fees are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. Fees charged by customs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
